Zu Method is a high resolution, high output sealed subwoofer system with internal amplification (real heavy on analog amplification) designed to run with very agile and dynamic loudspeakers such as the Zu Tone and Druid. Method is capable of true concert accurate bass.
Internally amplified (120 V ~ 250 V selectable), lowest octave (16Hz - 32Hz) loudspeaker system. Two 15" paper cone drivers. Acoustic low pass filter / grill. So what makes the Method sub different? Everything. Method features two 15" high efficiency, low excursion drivers in a sealed enclosure. There's no substitute for surface area when you're talking about real bass, when timing is everything if you want it to match the rest of the music. If you're into one note boomy bass that always seems behind the rest of the sound then there are plenty of ported, long-throw, rubber surround, massively amplified / incredibly inefficient subwoofers for you to choose from. If you've heard that song one too many times then the Zu Method might just be for you.
